What did you like the most?: "very helpful reception staff"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "i slept badly which I haven't done in other Premier Inn's. I don't know why. the Taybarn is noisy, brash and although the food was OK and value for money not a relaxing experience for a busy business traveller"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Dinner next door, typically a great experience when staying at Premier Inn, was an overcrowded zoo!! The restaurant is an "all-you-can-eat" place and very popular with non-guests. It took 40 mins to be seated despite a reservation."

What did you like the most?: "The bedroom was clean and reasonably comfortable. The hotel is well
located for travellers."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The self-service breakfast in the Taybarn's restaurant was reasonable, but several staff shout across the room to one another, conducting long conversations that create the impression that they have no regard for customers. We noticed this in the evening too when using the bar. At times, the noise was painful."
