We used the weekend to catch up with her whilst enjoying the sights and sounds of the city. The restaurant and bar were really convenient for our family's needs. Although the location is very central, our stay was remarkably quiet! The staff were friendly and very helpful."

- "Got woken up one evening by noisey youngsters but got a refund for that day which the wife and I appreciated, as a result of that it wouldn't put us off staying again if we was in that area."

- "I thought the restaurant/bar facilities were very good, great atmosphere and relaxed.
There was plenty of space in my room & bathroom and bed/pillows all very comfortable.
All staff very friendly.
Housekeeping made up the rooms very neatly during the day." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "All the coffee machines/facilities (Costa Express) including in the bar/restaurant were broken & there appeared to no effort being made to fix them. I was there for 3 days. Even in the restaurant - no back up option to put the kettle on to make tea/coffee - very odd & I think lets the rest of the facility down. Costa Express ok in the reception area - but in the bar/restaurant offer a proper barrista/coffee service or have filter coffee available for purchase. Having Costa Express in the bar/restaurant cheapens the atmosphere - which the decor creates."
