- "The very friendly staff, we were really impressed, we checked in late in the evening with 2 very young children and they were incredibly helpful and efficient"

- "The breakfast wasn't great - very greasy fried food and limited healthy options"

- "No room available with disabled bathroom facilities in the hotel ie no shower only bathroom or grabhandles in bath to help the elderly guests. No contingency for management to forgo or refund payment for unused period of reservation due to illness of guests - as in our case! Unreasonable? I don't know, I'm only an occasional traveller."

- "We had a window table in dinning room and there was nummerous flies on window, six of which we dealt with ourselves. We mentioned it to a member of staff but no concern was shown."
