"Very nice staff. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. About an hour by DLR and tube to tourist sites."

"Very convienient to the DLR after a late night in the city."

"Room was very warm, letter acknowledging warm rooms highlighting that everything was being done to reduce this problemse.g. fans, sheets etc. Air conditioning would be beneficial."
