- "Spacious rooms good for my disabled wife's wheelchair.
Restaurant service good. Good choice of menu. Good fillet steak." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Room with twin beds instead of double asked for. (not the end of the world!) Unpleasant aroma around bathroom area - discovered next morning to be the shower drain which became very strong when taps turned on. Design comment - for a disabled amputee with prosthetic leg and arthritis, the bed was too low and the toilet bowl also too low. Impossible to get up from without help. Room next to railway line and station - no cooling air-con and noisy with window open."

- "The staff were very accomodating and friendly. I contacted the hotel prior to our stay as I had several in our party with walking difficulties and I found that Linzi and Craig did their utmost to provide us with everythng we needed nothing was too much trouble all the staff including the cleaners were brilliant. The Table Table restaraunt adjacent to the hotel was also great and the staff there were also very accomodating and friendly. We ate there on the night of arrival and as our party arrived at different times the staff were very flexible. The breakfast on both days we stayed was excellent and really good value for money with everything freshly cooked as we wanted and the waiters couldn't do enough for us."

- "Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was comfortable."

- "The fact that they charged us £126 for a room that we booked online for £76. We did complain and were refunded £52. Also we paid for breakfast for all four of us when in actual fact both our children who are under 12 ate for free, it did not state this when booking. So we had to be refunded another £16. Apart from this stay was ok."
