- "I like the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the comfort of the room, and the fact that because I was running the marathon on Sunday I was able to have an early breakfast."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The price was higher than normal because of the marathon and the number of people staying in Inverness that weekend."

- What did you like the most?
- "Easy parking. Welcoming and very friendly and helpful staff, both in
reception and the restaurant. Very comfortable, clean room and bed.
Choice of firm or soft pillows, or both! Good bathroom and shower. Good
sized flat screen tv. Good that the volume is pre-set not to exceed a
reasonable level; other guests can't be disturbed. (I'm sure ear phones
are available for those with hearing problems but that did not affect
us.) Armchair in room. Good range of breakfast foods, both cooked and
buffet. Evening meals served in restaurant which is situated beside the
hotel. Within 20 - 25 minutes walk to town centre and about 10 to big
supermarket.
Our ground floor room happened to be designed for disabled users. I cannot be sure but it looked as if it would be very good for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We had to walk into town and back a few times. That might be a difficulty for some people. One night we took a taxi back and it cost £4 something. In the restaurant there are no gluten-free breakfast options for bread/crackers/crispbreads. I take my own bread but these days one might at least expect something to be offered, perhaps just rice cakes, even if gluten-free bread is not made available. The price was not as low as one might expect with some Premier Inns but it was still good value. Other hotels in Inverness were fully booked when we booked. This was because it was the weekend of the Loch Ness marathon. We suspect this affected the price."

- "Comfortable, reasonably spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast served from 6:30. Restaurant on site of reasonable quality and value."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Not the most attractive location. Bit of a walk to city centre especially after a marathon."
