- "The room was too warm, 25deg, the fan was too noisy, The other residents could be heard walking about and the price was £77. What do we have to do to get a £29 room?"

- "There are no clocks or a radio in the room. There should also be an ice making machine on each floor (even if there is a small charge fitted in the machine) in the U.S.a, they do not charge for this facility. We feel that your room rates are a much much greater price than you advertise them at on your hoardings( from £29)!!!!"
