- "Again, I thought it was expensive and we had to pay extra for the breakfast"

- "The location was excellent for us, we had a disabled room, and enjoyed
our stay immensley, and would return again." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Can't really say we disliked anything, but I do think that a bus timetable, and bus stop location into the city could be helpful. Also city parking information, as although there is limited disabled parking available, the main car park, is still charged at £1.00 an hour, but they very thoughtfully provide a scooter mobility service in the disabled section of the car park. We did find that we were unable to park close enough to the shops to enjoy the experience, under our own abilities,"

- "Staff particuarly the receptionist was friendly, informative and very helpful. Easy to return to the motorway on our trip to Scotland. First time I had stayed at a Premier Inn and I was pleasantly surpirsed. Good breakfast as well."
