- "Worst hotel experience ever! After 9 pm the hotel service is automated which means you check in through a machine which is conveniently located at the back end of their parking lot. As a female traveling alone it did not feel safe since the hotel is located in a relatively remote area. When the machine made an error, losing my reservation, I had to book another room to get another room. The room was quite clean; however, it had no information to access the "free" wifi the hotel offered. In the morning when I told the desk clerk about my problem with the room key she blamed me and gave me a number for customer service to resolve my problem of paying for two rooms. Then when I asked her to call a cab, she must have called a "family's" taxi service because when it arrived the starting base fee was 11 Euros which in the end cost me 40 Euros for the 10 minute drive back to the airport."

- "the breakfast was very poor with a very limited selection that wasn't kept fully stocked. There weren't even any plates available. The staff were unfriendly, most of them didn't say a word to us with the exception of the gentleman who booked us in."
