- "It's and older Première Classe, which hasn't been renovated. Bathroom is very noisy (you can hear water flowing from nearby units."

- "My reservation did not come through.I was at the hôtel later than 21.00 h. and the automatic machine didn't regognized neither my res.number neither my name or credit card number.It was solved bij the receptionist who hadn't yet left and who gave me a room."

- "The value is fine as long as you're simply looking for somewhere to stay with en suite facilities but don't expect wonders (we chose this base for the en suite option that the rival Formule 1 chain doesn't offer, but the Formule 1 rooms are generally nicer than this). The hotel is situated very close to a number of key motorway routes and offers an easy direct route into the centre of Lens for the football ground. It is also a short 2-3 minute drive (via a bridge over the motorway) from a large hypermarket and retail park. The staff immediately recognised our lack of fluency in French when checking in and were happy to speak in English without being prompted. It was a very straightforward check-in."

- "The rooms aren't particularly welcoming; the lino floor seemed a cold surface on a late October day when walking in from the doors which lead straight out into the open (I'd describe it as more of a motel than a hotel). The bathroom is very cramped; it is very similar to the sort of all-in-one unit that you'd expect to find within a cabin on a ferry. It can be a tricky hotel to find despite being initially well signed off the motorway slip road - it is hidden away between two other hotels, making it hard to see from the road. Take a right when you reach the Poivre Rouge restaurant and it is on the right at the bottom of the cul-de-sac. Despite advertising Canal+ as one of the benefits of staying at the hotel, this may, presumably, have just been for the main bar area, because reception in the rooms was scrambled (a shame for those of us hoping to watch the football!)."
