few minutes walk from New Street station, The Bull Ring Shopping Centre
and everything within easy walking distance. We would certainly stay

- "As previous travellers have mentioned it is a little noisy due to the central location and the fact that I like to sleep with the windows open. This would not deter me from returning ."

- "The location of the apartments is perfect. It is very close to New Street train station, only ten mins walk. There's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby esp. located so close to the bullring shopping centre. China Town and the Arcadian is very close, only a minute away! It's a great location. The apartments are quite safe and secure. You need a pin code for the main entrance to the building. The staff were polite and friendly. Our stay was quite pleasant and enjoyable."

- "The smoke alarm battery needed changing, it kept beeping when we arrived. The wall clock had no battery. These are just minor problems but they should have them regularly checked. The iron board needs replacing because it was old and it was falling apart. The iron cover was so worn and thin."

- "During my stay (7 days) nobody cleaned the room, not a single time. no change of bed sheets and towels. Trash bins were not emptied."
