- "This castle is know as one of the most beautiful pousada of Portugal, yes this is a fact. But due to lack of good hotel management you feel the staff is there for their job and not to please you. All details are missing to comfort up your stay, a sad pool with a mini robot cleaning it, staff not welcoming you, the restaurant is a graveyard......it is almost we got the feeling we are entering a communist country hotel.....we pray for Dona Rainha de Santa Isabel ,it will develop all to the better in the nearby future to better times and all guests will be treated like kings and queens. Ate breve............."
