- "The Staff was amazing.The friendliest people I have ever seen.
The reception staff was extremely helpful. The owner, Mrs. Bruna has given me a hug and Flavia at the reception was very kind and helpful.The room was cleaned every day, regularly, fresh and clean towels, clean sheets.Location was great. Good breakfast.Considering the prices in Rio, it was very cheap." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The single room was very small, but anyway who wants to stay in his room in Rio?I didn't spend time at the room, so it didn't bother me at all.."

- "Then staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Flavia a very learnt girl who is very fluent in several languages and is always ready to help. The hotel, although small, has a nice living room where you can share and smoke with other travellers. It was a nice stay, I recommend this hotel as it is located in a very safe place."

- "The breakfast can be improved, the tea is appaling and I missed some nice cakes."

- "I am very surprise of booking.com still doing business with this place. It's ridiculous place to stay you should be a shame to offer clients false pretends. This place should not be in business. The only reason that I end up stayed there was because a bank holiday in brazil and all the others hotels were full. I should have a compensation for be trapped on false pretend sales. My toilet was disgusted the shower on top of toilet all in the same role. My bed is children size or dwarf. You are making money on people misery. Very difficult to have a good impression of rio once you feel you been ripo off for a holiday that you were waiting of life time. I am going to propaganda this review to every place of travellers and unfortunately booking.com is also to be blame. I am sure many others told you all about it and you choose not to take action."
