- "Rooms were very basic for a 4 star resort. Toiletteries were pathetic. There were cobwebs in the bedroom, showed poor hygiene and cleanliness levels."

- "We leave hotel at 7am and they did not give as at least sandwich for kid. They told as it is not good to take food out. LOL"
