- "Good central location. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room."

- "Website indicated that the hotel had a sparate a la carte gourmet restaurant available but this was not the case. This was the reason I booked the hotel for a romantic anniversary weekend. Therefore I was naturally disappointed that this was not the case. A la carte is available in the carvery restaurant at a supplement if you are informed beforehand but it is not the romantic venue I expected."

town. The staff was very friendly-people at front desk were very
helpful. The bus drivers were great and the tourist bureau very helpful.
The food staff and the food were very good. Everyone bends over
backwards trying to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. We had
quite a journey to get to Jersey. Texas to De Gaulle to Orly to Heathrow
to Gatwick to Jersey. So we definitely felt it was worth the effort.
When we say our bus driver at the airport we could have kissed him. So
prompt and helpful." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I would like to see a later check- than 10:00 A.M. We have traveled all over the world and yours is the only hotel with such an early check-out."

- "A bit noisy very late at night from people coming out of night clubs"

- "The room was very good and very spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well-placed for St Helier town centre and the marina."

- "No parking and had we known this beforehand we would not have stayed there. My wife has mobility problems and the walk to the car park approximately 10 minutes away was very difficult for her. Car park charges are very expensive. The restaurant is very pleasant in itself but the food was a carvery every night so tended to be dry and unpleasant although they do have an a-la-carte menu (v. expensive). The sea food buffet on a Friday evening is very good however, which was a surprise based on the meals the rest of the week."
