was comfortable but sparsely furnished, what you would expect from a

lower priced hotel. I would consider it a good value." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The food at the buffet, other than breakfast was not to my liking, I ate mostly downtown or at the pool bar. Our friends reserved a king size and was placed in a room with a full size bed and had no table or chairs in the room. They requested be moved and were the next day."

- "The staff was very helpful at the restaurants and house keeping...front
desk not so much" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We made the reservation for a kingsize room and got a double bed not nice one, we had to fight with the front desk for what we booked, and got a semi nice one. No airconditioning that work, and a tub of a size of a sink. The pictures online do not do any favors to the actual hotel, the front desk does all their checkin by hand and are not orginized at all, they lost my documents when I checked in, and also is unconfortable that they have to make copies of the credit card and ids. ..Just because they are not orginized is not trustful."
