What did you like the most?: "The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice.
The breakfast okay. Having a sofa in the room was nice. It was convient
for freeway access."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The was not up to the Phoenix standard that I have come to expect. The carpets in our room were very dirty and stained our socks. The freeway noise kept me awake. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor everytime you tried to open it. It needed to be adjusted. The tv could not be seen from both beds because it did not move. We were disappointed in the quality of the room. It needed to be upgraded. Stepping outside the front lobby door and having to breath the smoke from both guests and employees was not very professional. Upon check in I was told that if I had called directly and used my AARP card I would have saved $10. Good customer service would have given me the lowest rate. I do not usuallyfind the need to complain but the carpets were really dirty and when I commented on them to the front desk staff I got no reaction. If it was my staffs job to see that a high standard was maintained I would of been appalled that a guest would have found it necessary to complain or paid to stay in a substandard room."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "It was a crazy night (loud) as other guests were there because of the Oregon game. We were not aware of the game since we reside in Washington State. Someone banged on our door after midnight - wrong door."
