badly. This time however, the food has improved massively. It is now
excellent & offers good value for money." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Whilst the food has improved massively,your method of keeping it hot has not improved at all & the food is often Luke Warm at best & sometimes completely cold !! This for any restaurant, is simply not acceptable & lets the hotel down very badly !! please improve this & maybe provide a microwave oven for use by the guests. Cold scrambled eggs for breakfast is horrible !!"

- "no need to book 2 rooms for a family with 2 children when 1 room was big enough to accomodate all family"

- "Liked the room, however they couldn't compromise on getting me a king size bed rather than a twin bedroom. I was fortunate enough to have one, like they told me at the reception..."luckly you'll get king size bed"..."

- "I thought that most of the staff just was to casual, I've been to a lot of hotels, hostels and from no star to five stars and never complained about staff but here I felt that they were talking to me like they were doing me a favour of pointing me out to my room, to the swimming pool or to make me wait 30 min to be able to have breakfast."

- "The hotel has a small otudoor swimming pool and a lovely inside swimming pool with many features (like water massage, etc.)."

- "The hotel had promised free Internet available which is simply wrong. Only the first 30 mintues are free for the whole stay. The hotel staff did not help with luggage. There was a convenction going on inside the hotel and in general it felt like the visitors of the convention were far more important to the hotel than other guests were. Also it was the only hotel that did not suprise us for our honeymoon (but we were spoiled by the previous 5 hotels that always prepared a suprise)."
