- "The girl at the reception, the guy that helped us with the luggage and
the guy at the entrance (mornings). Breakfast." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The service in the deck was horrible. We waited 20 minutes for a lemonade and another 20 minutes for our change... And it was not the busiest time of the day. We book a massage in the spa at 7.00pm we waited 30 minutes and nothing... We left at 7.35 pm without any massage. Toilets in the deck and reception where always dirty, in the deck just one of the toilets was working. Also, we couldnt enjoy the pool because everynight the tables were reserved for people that weren't staying at the hotel."

- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "This was the 5th time that I stayed at the hotel. Pestana has 3 elevators. The day that I arrived, one was out of service. I used one of them and noticed that it was acting strange... Doors closed and long time to start moving... Them after a business meeting, was going to my room at 1: 45am and took the third elevator, with the concern that the other one that was working was acting strange. But wen going up it stopped working and I stayed inside the elevator for more tham 30 min. poor support form hotel staff. I called from the elevator when it happened and never received information back about the process of opening the door... After 15 min the ventilation stopped to work and it became really hot inside. Nobody called back or informed me what was happening. Luckily I am calm and this did not happen with somebody with a fobia. After been released nobody came to me to apologize... one elevator broken is a fatality. But all three at the same time is clearly a problem with maintenance. I am very disappointed. It is unaceptable for a hotel like pestana to have all 3 elevators broken."
