- "Central location. Extremely cheap, but .........."

- "Dark room. Couldn´t read comfortably with one ceiling light. Small window, awkward to open & close. Old tv - hummed/buzzed noisily. Floors throughout undulated and bounced - like walking across a ploughed field, but much noisier, for the whole 56 steps from entrance lobby to my door. DIY/maintenance of very poor quality.eg, paint over everything with no proper preparation or care."
