What did you like the most?: "Location bang in the city centre. The cleanliness of the rooms."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Overpriced, no receptionist in the evening, no bar / room service / vending machine. It really is a pension albeit a very nice one, and the high prices are not justified."

What did you like the most?: "This hotel is very good value for money and very central to everything.
The staff were very helpful and accompanied me to the police station to
report my stolen wallet which was taken out of my handbag while I was on
the escalator in the h & m shop in the main street of Vienna. While I
was at the police station another women was also reporting her wallet
stolen from a shop in the main street - you need to be very careful when
you visit this city."

What did you like the most?: "The location. Staff was friendly. Very nice and clean."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Our refrigerator was not working well and all produce turned bad. We asked repeatedly but it was not fixed or replaced. We asked for an additional pillow twice. Both times staff assured us it would be taken care of yet it wasn't. Air condition temp was controlled by staff and cannot be altered when staff is not there (the reception isn't open around the clock). Elevator is small it could not fit our stroller. A problem when baby is asleep ..."
