Hostal Restaurante El Campanario is a pleasant beachfront lodging on The Barrosa Beach in Chiclana, Cadiz.

What did you like the most?: Nice, cozy family hotel with 7 rooms in the ocean. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent location. Own restaurant.

What did you like the most?: The people and the location!!! I felt surrounded by the ocean. Got to
realize what the 'tide' means...owners and personnel were very nice to
me, not out of some professional coursesy, that was their real self. The
best interface with Spain!

What did you like the most?: We felt like coming home. Upon arriving, we were asked to choose the
room we liked best. Every room was neatly furnished and decorated with
much detail. A Designer-Hotel cannot do a better job. Unfortunately,
the one we preferred was not yet cleaned. The owner's wife, however,
put herself to clean the room immediately and left it impeccable.
During this time, we chatted with the owner and it was like talking to
a dear friend. Later, his wife joined us and we chatted for another
good long while.
As we were the only customers, we had the hostel to ourselves. The owners gave us the keys and explained the power switches. We were free to use their kitchen at any time.
I went there again with family and friends just for food and drinks, which were delicious, and every time I'm greeted most welcoming and assure me that this is my home whenever I want.

What did you like the most?: I simply like the perfect seashore, the best i have seen for many years and the beach was not overcrowded. Choose it if you like the ocean and a silent place.

What did you like the most?: We were made very welcome with our dog. The food was good with menu del
dia 8 euros. Best thing about it was the location - right on the beach.
We'll definitely go there again.

What did you like the most?: Nice location right next to the beach, but unfortunately the rooms don't have any view of the sea. Clean bathroom. Beautiful view of the sunset from the terrace outside the hotel.
