- "With reference to the bathroom (No7 Garden room) There are no shelves to place wash bags and ladies makeup on. There was no soap available within reach when taking a bath."

- "The location was ideal as my partner was working within 15 miles of Aberporth that weekend."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I thought the hotel looked lovely on our arrival, but inside I thought it looked a bit tired and in need of new carpets etc. The "leisure complex" was a complete disaster. I went there for a swim and was handed a tiny towel, the changing rooms were dirty and had no adequate shower facilities or items like shampoo etc, so you had to change, swim, then walk back to hotel and shower there. The jacuzzi was extremely dirty and I would go as far to say almost a health hazard - consequently I did not use it. I cannot seriously believe that non-hotel guests pay a membership to use the leisure complex - it was a disgrace."
