- "The previous time I stayed in Suits in the same hotel. I liked it a lot. Very stylish rooms, decorated coherently to the spirit of Recoleta. I supposed that the other rooms whould be of the same quality but smaller. Unfortunatly the other rooms are quite worn out, not that cosy, dark and it was a bit depressive to stay there."

- "Its location in Recoleta."

- "We were there for three nights, and for the first we had the worst room in the hotel, one which they should not be giving any client. It's on the first floor at the back right next to two huge and very loud air conditioning fans that serve the hotel. The tv didn't work properly and the sink over the fridge didn't work at all. We complained and they moved us up to the fifth floor at the back where silence and the green trees, with the many doves that live there, made up for the first night. We also told them they should be using cotton sheets for the beds because what they have make you sweat, and are very uncomfortable. We thank the staff for being so courteous and understanding."
