What did you like the most?: "The staff are incredibly friendly, very helpful and the food is half way between Nouvelle and New English (pretty but plentiful)and delicious!
Warm decor, inviting layout of bar lends itself to relaxing over the log fire, very good location for the beautiful Iron Bridge and the Telford museum trail. Local amenities a 5 minute stroll away (pub/restaurants/bank/chemist/dentist etc)
Rooms well appointed, spacious and plenty of fluffy towels.
The spa facilities have to be requested but the sauna and steam rooms heat up incredibly fast so once you have done a few laps of the pool both are ready to use. Jacuzzi also available and a small well equipped gym if you feel energetic!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "On this occasion I did complain the bathroom had not been cleaned between visitors, although we have stayed before and there was no problem in the other room. Upon complaint the matter was swiftly dealt with and the hotel Manager gave us a very generous refund against the cost of our weekend stay to apologise for the inconvenience."

What did you like the most?: "Atended a family wedding. Everything went very well, friendly and helpful staff."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Our bathroom taps.....great replaced shower and good bathroom but the bath taps? Turned the wrong way and towards each other. The hairdryer was securely wired through a drawer...hhmm...had to kneel down to get my head near it!"
