Is there anything you didn't like?: "Our room was on the ground floor near near the reception and we found this very noisy as there was a lot of foot traffic and noise from guests arriving and leaving."

What did you like the most?: "There was actually nothing we didn´t like! The staff are highly professional, really helpful, friendly and will do definitely their best to provide you a pleasant stay, 24/7! The room was really comfortable, beautifully furnished and kept sensationally clean all through the whole week of our stay (we had the Queens Room btw). The bathroom was great, clean, well equipped, with a shower suitable for 2 persons in size. They provided a good quality coffee every morning at the lobby with a great variety of several types of roasts as well as various tastes of tea. The location of the hotel also was simply great. In the center of the Upper West Side, full of life but completely safe on the other side (we had walks in the middle of the night without being frightened at all). Nice Delis, restaurants, food/flea markets and stuff around as well as lots of nice people. And finally lots of close stations of public transport (busses and subway) facilities with fabulous connections directly into the heart of Manhattan. We definitely will recommend the hotel to everyone!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "If you want to hear some negative stuff too: yeah, sometimes, when there was "rush hours" at the hotels bathrooms we had to wait for a longer time to get hot water, one day (of 7) we couldn´t get hot water at all (but it was not really cold actually, more kind of tepid, so that we could still shower). And as soon it was reported to the staff they tried to fix it by the minute."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "If we had our choice we would stay on a floor other than the first. We stayed on the first floor and it was a bit noisy, but not terrible."
