- "I did not like anything about this place it was disgusting"

- "My bed was broken and could not be slept on, the shower was broken, water was cold, heating was off, room was very dirty, no tv control, mould all over bathroom, cigarette ash in wardrobe, no bathroom mirror, room door was very flimsy in bad condition which had an unsafe feel. To add insult to the £60 charge they said if we did not go through booking.com they would give discount. Ment to be a 3 star hotel, more like a no rating guest house"

- "Nothing. The hotel has been advertised for sale. It is winding down. You should not have it in your list of hotels."

- "Staff did not care about me. The hotel is worse than a 2-star hotel in a third world country. The pictures in the adverts are deceptive. It was cold, TV did not work, Doors were cranky. It was so bad I checked out within three hours. On the door of the hotel is a bold sign that says Please book online. That is because anyone who books on the spot will definitely ask for a refund. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeese. Send someone over to take a look. It is deplorable."

- "The Decor was very dated, and made the hotel look much poorer than it was."
