- "Poor wifi in rooms , beds harder than I like, many rooms get too warm (no a/c)."

- "Hotel built in 1700'S. Historic, beautifully maintained. Large
interior courtyards on both levels which were nicely furnished. Good
breakfast in courtyard. Excellent staff. Only a few minutes walk from
Zocala.and many other places of interest in this beautiful, very clean
city of Oaxaca."

- "The old stone architecture is superb. The breakfast has a complete menu and is included if you pay your stay cash in Pesos. It is a few meters from the Zocalo, thus being at the same time central and quiet."

- "My GPS didn't recognize pedestrian streets (closed to traffic) around the Zocalo, so I had to play it by ear."

- "Location very close to Zocalo and Mont Alban buses; nice clonial building; spacious room with very comfortable king-size bed; nice breakfast available; very helpful staff"

- "At least because the room doesn't have a window to outside, it has a very strong smell."
