- "AC was very very very Bad . they give only one key per room that is strange for me although we were two in the room. housekeeping is not acceptable , I hang housekeeping tag at the door a whole day from 10 am untill 10 pm and no body clean my room ."

- "all inclusive low level quality, quantity over quality, rude tourists torturing the hotel staff, bad quality/price ratio, horrible towels, awful drinks, noisy animation, exploitation of staff, long working hours, lack of enough beachbeds neither on the beach nor on the pool"

- "This is not a real 5 stars hotel. The room are very impersonal made of fake wood. The carpet in the room was stained all over and in the corridors it is getting very old.
The buffet is fair.
The pool side and the beach are well maintained."

- "Friendly staff, excellent food, nice pool. The spa is worth checking out
(the massage especially)!
A lot of activities and entertainment for all ages, but most of it in turkish/russian.." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The extremely loud discomusic from the neighbour hotel from 10 am till 12 pm (I think they might have a two-hour break in the afternoon though) was very annoying. Do not get a room on that side... Also the air condition in the rooms cannot be regulated individually, so it was very warm at night.. The beds were rock hard - no joking... Most of the staff do not speak more than neccessary yes/hello/how are you-english The beach is not sandy, but i thougt it was better (smaller stones) and bigger... Feels like sunbathing and swimming in a bath tub..."
