- "The building is a beautiful and tasteful blend of modern interior design and traditional charm. The lounge/breakfast room is a great bonus, giving you somewhere to chill out without being restricted to your bedroom; you can help yourself to a hot drink, browse the internet (free) and relax on the huge white sofas. The location is fantastic, close to a range of restaurants, bars and local sights. My bedroom was spacious, bright, clean and again very tastefully decorated. Service throughout the stay was first class. The breakfasts were fit for a king with a massive range of cereals, fruit, bread, pastries, cakes, meat and cheeses on offer. I would defintately stay again."

- "This was a lovely old building at the tip of Ortygia with 6 guest rooms. The building was only a street away from the waterfront and the fountain. Our room was very comfortable and large and has air conditioning. We used the air conditioning at night because the city noise is definitely there. On the other hand we felt we were staying in a real neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful (Giovanni) and the breakfast was just great. Recommendations for dining were right on target."

- "We liked everything. If you book, you should take into account that there are stairs involved."

- "Syracuse is one of the most beautiful cities of the world, and the hotel is located at the best spot of the island. We had the fantastic room Numer 7 with a nice terrace. The room was fantastic. It is a generous and family-like hospitality where guests can serve themselves with coffe, tea and fruits the whole day. The breakfast was very nice. The man at the reception could recommand us the best places to visit and to eat."
