"Compared to other hotels I viewed online, this hotel was very modern and clean. In the room there was a sink with plates, silverware, and cups. They also had a microwave, coffee, and some little treats for me to enjoy. The bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well."

- "Rooms were clean and nothing was lacking i.e favours such as soaps, shampoos, shoe shines tea and coffee facilities."

- "there was no internet in the rooms you had to access it from the lobby only-the rooms were exceptionally cramped making it quite difficult to spend time in the room and to do everyday things like get changed etc"

- "I didn't like the staff... They were rather cold and stared at me when I approached the desk to ask questions. Also they didn't seem very excited to help, and even ignored me and continued shouting across the room to someone standing in the doorway. Also, the lounge was extremely small and almost uncomfortable... The lighting in the room was a bit strange -- They were pretty dim and didn't give me the best light that I needed without having to turn almost everything on. Not sure if all hotels are meant to be that way as I am from America and I haven't seen anything like it in Chicago."

- "The room whilst adequate was a bit small so made it hot if you didn't put the air conditioning on."

- "Very little.
I arrived circa 7 30 pm on Saturday. I was met by a man at the reception while another guest complained about his room. I was handed a plastic card and told to go across the road to my room.
I did and entered a room where somebody else was still staying with their personal belongings displayed. Luckily they were not in or the scene could have been much different.
The only star on the horizon was Daisy the supervisor, who after a slow start(she offered me a room in Heathrow from where I had just travelled) saved the day." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "See above continued: I finally got a tiny room which needed many repairs falling towel rails etc etc (no:034). Nobody asked me if I was happy and I did not get the "better room" next day. A reply would be appreciated or a gesture offering me a free stay.It is the least I expect Dr Eric Colhoun PS I have stayed in your sister Hotel in Westbourne road/terrace, it is far superior."
