- "1. Staff tried to give me a different room than the booked King Bed room. 2. Only flat sheets on bed and they did not fit, housekeep gave me sheet to put on the bed myself. 3.The mattress was very old. 4. Staff (All) unprofessional"

- "The new manager(ryan) was very helpful however the cleaning and
maintenance crew were sadly lacking. The room was large and great size
and bed wise for my family, location was great," - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Stayed twice because I had reserved without a cancellation option. First room was filthy. Second room was fair. No reg coffee. No microwave when we got there, fridge didn't work. Manager was helpful and got what we needed but the room should have been as advertized,"

- "The gentleman at the front desk was very cordial and helpful considering
the circumstances he was working under. The room was very nice." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a room. The cleaning staff had left that day without cleaning all the rooms. At 9:45pm they were back at the hotel having to get rooms ready for guests to check in."
