What did you like the most?: "Everything...from check in to check out...4 star rating with 5 star quality in facility, staff, restaurant, location, ambiance...Booked this hotel after reconnecting with someone after 30 years...could not have picked a better choice in hotel to celebrate this important occassion. This hotel is not only beautiful but staff made you feel at home...very personal in their delivery of services...will not stay anywhere else when visiting the riverwalk."

What did you like the most?: "Very little."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Hotel tried to charge $100 more than rate received through bookings.com. Laborious check in. Normal perks given to Omni Hotels loyalty program members were nonexistent. Room was dark and dated. Bathroom was very small. The only luxury was the price."

What did you like the most?: "The Staff was great. Thank you for the upgrade and getting my friend and I two separate beds. Also thank you for the treat in the bar while we waited for the room."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I didn't really like that the room was not ready even though we arrived after 3:00. Also, the hotel was sold out and there was only one bartender which was a little annoying."
