Is there anything you didn't like?: "Service, staff, room, facilities, food & the price! On the price - I booked through your website & you "guaranteed" the lowest price. That price was £189 for a double room. The friends we stayed there with paid £140 - how do you explain this please? Another, small point - £189 for a room & then a £3 charge for wi-fi connection - insulting! I "mention" the prices because they are important"
