- "The nyt Roma is a beautifully designed hotel with extra modern touches
throughout. My room looked exactly like the photos on the site except
for the open glass shower, which has recently been covered with a
privacy screen. The room is very comfortable including the bed, which
is softer than the typical Mexican mattress. The room was quiet and
very clean." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms, which wasn't a problem but might have been were temperatures higher. The hotel is off on a quiet side street very close to the Reforma. But at night, the streets are empty and less than ideal. Stick to walking down the Reforma if going out to the Zona Rosa at night and everything should be fine."

- "Beautiful modern design in a safe and convenient location for my purposes. Courteous reception staff and delightful dining room staff.

- "The design and furnishings of the rooms are very nice: however, too many amenities missing which I have become accustomed to in other hotels: Bath Accessories: No Facial Tissue (Kleenex), No facial towels (small) Toiletries supplied were minimal compared to other boutique hotels No towel bars for drying wet towels No shower shelving for storage of soaps, shampoos, etc. No hair dryer No Iron and Ironing Board in the room No Safe for storing valuables No lighting for reading, only very dim romantic type lighting. No desk area for computer use No gym facility Very limited closet and storage space for clothing. BED PILLOWS were very hard and very uncomfortable. They were impossible to use...not condusive to a restful night of sleep ."
