- "5 if us stayed there contancted the manager several times to ask for another set of keys and he just ignored us!! Told us he would bring them to us between 8-9am one monrning so we stayed in untill 10am didnt contact us or turn up!!"

- "poor managment (never seen) Wi-Fi was promised but did not work and was not fixed awfull drainage in the bath two light bulbs in the kitchen did not work strong air draft from all windows"

- "Management of customers is at its poorest: arrival instructions were not given despite repeated mails, it is impossible to get the keys if you do not have an american phone number with you, despite finally getting the keys we were blocked out in the staircase for an hour upon arrival because the key hole was damaged. The apartment is much smaller than shown on the pictures, bedrooms are not much bigger than the beds, floor is filthy under beds. 2 rooms wtih air conditioning had no isolation through the air conditioners, with cold coming directly from outside: at -5c it was bad to`manage for one of the bedrooms. We had to phone management to get the wifi code, and tv repaired. Bath tub was damaged for some parts and not repaired. Phone isolation between apartments is virtually inexistant."

- "The apartment is in a nice friendly area with lots of amenities very close. It's about 10 min walk to the Empire State Building and a little further to Times Square. The apartment was comfortable and clean enough.
The staff at booking .com are very helpful and efficient." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There is no elevator and we had to carry luggage up and down 4 flights of quite steep stairs.The owner of the apartment is quite difficult to contact."
