"Perfect location! Very nice and kind staff. The rooms are really comfortable, perfect for the rest after a tiring day in the Big Apple!"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Wi-fi in the rooms should be free. It's unacceptable that in 2013 we still have to pay for it."

What did you like the most?
"The location is fabulous. I love being in New York and this hotel was
situated near the Broadway Theaters. The beds were comfortable. There
was coffee available, in the lobby at 7 A.M."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The place is under remodeling and should be shut down. All the restaurants and in-house amenities were not in service. The in room coolers did not function, our light switch bedside did not work. The computers and WiFi did not work. The elevators were sporadically out of service. It was a disaster. When we booked in November there was no mention of the renovation. I was very unhappy with this booking, especially since I brought friends and we booked two rooms for two nights. The hotel did give us a $50 discount per room total. Very disappointing."
