- "Only the location. Rest everything is absoultely horrible, it was one of
the worst expreiences I have ever had. I would never recommend this
hotel to anyone else." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "In the special request while booking I had clearly mentioned that there will be an extra adult satying in the same room with us for 2 nights. It was also the reason we took the room with a extra sofa bed. In this regard there was no reply from them. I had booked the room on 1st August and checked in on 13th sept. While checking in they surprised me by saying they cannot let the extra person stay with me in the room as it is their hotels policy. Were they sleeping all these 44 days? I still dint make any scene and just took the extra room The house keeping was also very bad, they did not change dirty sheets.!"

- "Was nice and clean, front desk staff very helpful. Knowledgable about the area and were keen to help."

- "The hotel was very clean, tidy and well presented. I had an enjoyable stay in the hotel but the only aspect which i found to be a let down was the room service. I purposefully left the tag saying to clean the room. When i returned which was approximately a couple of hours, the bed was unmade, the tea/sugar and milk not topped up. I wasn't to bothered about the room being tidied up, but i found this part of the service to be poor practice and not acceptable. I am a registered nurse and so i know how demanding providing a service is. Due to this i am displeased. I don't think i will be staying in your hotel again and due to this am seriously re-considering about staying in another hotel chain in futuer. thank you."
