- "Reservation for 3 nights (Booking.com), I had to leave earlier - the hotel staff rejected my request to adjust the payment so I was (over) charged for 3 nights - staying only 2. The people at the reception were having a fun. It was also a problem to avoid paying for 3 breakfasts. Breakfast - late - cue of guests waiting in a morning after the scheduled opening time."

- "Overcharging guests - when there was a need to shorten the stay. Problems with avoiding add. overcharging for breakfast. Late breakfast. Reception reaction to shortening the stay. Extremely complicated way of printing invoice - with many errors. Improper information on internett access - the reception proposed the most expensive one (not necessary) as the only option."
