- "The staff was patient and kind enough to let us try other rooms. They were kind when we decided to check out within 30 minutes of checking in."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "When we checked in, we went to our room which was supposed to be on a non-smoking floor. The room reeked so bad of cigarettes that we opened the windows wide. My husband went down to ge our room changed. He went on a different floor & again, cigarette fumes. The 3rd room was the same. The beds were very hard and everything, the sheets, couch, & towels smelled of smoke. We ended up checking out within 30 minutes and finding another hotel."
