- "Very understaffed. Service at breakfast was very poor although the food was fine when it eventually arrived."

- "The staff were very helpful, understanding and flexible (I ordered 2
courses at dinner but then changed my mind and just had starter as was
not feeling very well - staff were very nice about it, no problem, and
only charged us a very small amount for the starter). They also gave us
good advice about nice things to do during our stay in the Mumbles." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I think our room was maybe near the kitchen, but a very loud humming noise kept starting and stopping all evening up until almost midnight, not possible to sleep through it."
