- "Unfriendly/surly staff (aside from the young woman who made breakfast). The room was rundown with soap and toothbrush holders hanging off the wall, the toilet seat broken and the shower drainage extremely slow to the point of overflow in the reserve just to name a few observations."

- "The pos Machine was broken and I needed to pay cash and the manager ,that didn't have the change, had to return me 3 £ that I never received..it doesn't matter, but it wasn't so nice..."

- "When we arrivedat hotel the reception wanted to give us room in basement. We asked for another room and get it in 3rd floor. But what a room! 2m x 2,5m and bathroom (which was OK). There was strong smell of cigarets. We left the tinny room at 9am and lefted the window opened. When we arrived back to hotel at 12pm it still smelled like before."
