What did you like the most?: "The hotel was close to the tube station. About a 5 minute walk."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The shower head had so much calcium and scale build up on it that water couldn't flow through. When I went and complained to the manager, he said they could move my wife and I into a single bed room with a working shower or go to the 3rd floor and shower in that room, (We were on the 5th floor). I had paid for an "Executive" Suite, it was just a bed and a desk. For the price I wasn't expecting a lot, but at least a working shower in the room."

What did you like the most?: "Very handy to the station, as an overnight stay it was okay.
It was clean and comfortable.
The room was large.
The staff were very friendly."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "As the room was on the ground floor, the outlook was over a yard area - we had no problem with that, but don't particularly want to look out on a broken toilet, beds, wardrobes etc. We shut the curtains. The bathroom was a bit dated, the loo didn't flush properly. The quilt on the double bed was far too small and very thin. We had a room for 4 people two singles and a double (two singles put together), the quilt barely reached the edges of the bed. So though you had a large area to sleep, you had to huddle together to use the quilt. Breakfast was basic but adequate, for £4 per person you could upgrade to Full English."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The bed was very poor and needs to be replaced. Washroom to small. Glass panel in shower was inadfequate and water ran onto washroom floor."
