- "The apartment was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all of the sights in Edinburgh as well as many restaurants, and there is a 24 hour market around the corner. It's also walking distance to the local hosptial for children (which we unfortunately had cause to discover). There is a nice playground and park about 5 minutes walk away, also."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I was frustrated that we couldn't check in early (20 minutes ahead of schedule) even though it meant we just had to wander around for 20 minutes in the rain with two little kids and nowhere to go. Even though I told her we wouldn't actually *go* to the apartment early, she wouldn't let us sign in and get the keys ahead of schedule -- a bit of a disappointment and frustration with little ones in tow. Also, oddly, all of the doors within the apartment close on their own. Again, with kids, this was tough, because it invited them to open the doors on their own and we worried the whole weekend about pinched fingers. We finally propped all of the doors open to make it safer. Not sure why the doors close on their own, and why they don't provide doorstops to keep the doors open if you want to."

- "Staff was very helpful and had impaccable service. Apartment was beautifully furnished and, equipped with everything. It had an ideal location because it was in a quite area but just round the corner from the main streets and shopping area."

- "Key collection difficult when carrying suitcases... Long way from apartment. Fairly noisy with regard to people in and out and truck deliveries in morning. No wifi or internet provided which today is a necessity."
