- "Location."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The internet was awful, really unacceptable for a hotel of this category. They pipe music into the hallways which is annoying if you want to rest during the day. The hotel is not as well maintained as it should be. I was trapped in an elevator for ten minutes one day."

- "Great Location! Near turistc aerea and metro station. Good price.
Buena area. Cerco de sitios turisticos y metro. Buen precio." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bed and pillows is not good. You can listen some noise from the street at night, from bars and discos. La cama no es muy buena. Es possible escuchar muchos sonidos de la calle por la noche, de bares y discotecas."

- "I liked the Zona Rosa area where hotel is located."

- "Staff service poor, tried to overcharge and despite admitting they were wrong they still overstated the final bill by about $60 - which at 6am when rushing for a flight is not a hassle you need. Lifts do not work properly in the morning, waited 15 minutes for an elevator several times eary n the morning en route to work. Generally a very poor experience"
