- "My room was massive and good value for money. The employees were friendly. Great place if you don't feel like moving far for a few days. Very close to the airport."

- "The Internet on the grounds was terrible. Almost unusable and would maybe put me off staying there again if it was necessary to have something reliable (ie I had to do some work whilst there and it was difficult)."

- "I really enjoyed the location. It was a nice distance to the downtown and has a nice shopping center with many ammenities next to it. The beach was nice and very close."

- "The wait to check in was too long. Staff did not take the time to explain all that was included for the room. I guess if you don't do the all inclusive the staff does not give you the time of day. I got more information from booking.com than I got from the hotel staff. I found more things on my own out of need. The hotel had a nice pool but all the chairs were fool and it was had to get around. Too many people and way too crowded. The beach was not as busy because all the chairs were already taken up to the main pool so people had to lay on the sand and it was uncomfortable. I guess if I had done the all inclusive it would have been a better experience."
