- "The staff was helpful. The free wifi on the lobby was for only 30 minutes but they provide you additional bouchers if needed."

- "Good breakfast, comfortable bed, plenty of parking, just opposite public metro and walking distance to Hamburg Messe. They have a lie-in service on Sunday which means later check-out."

- "Although my reservation said no smoking, my first night was in a room that clearly had been a smokers' paradise. They changed it the next day."
