- "Tiny, tiny room. Noises from other rooms and meeting rooms (below) are too loud. More a 3 star hotel rather than 4 star. Climate control in the room. Hotel (rooms) can use an upgrade."

- "Room 127 very tiny ugly and not very well cleaned. I arrived at 1 a.m. very tired to call the staff and claim or ask to change room. At checkout staff did not say neither thanks nor goodbay."

- "The hotel has a lovely view over the harbour. The breakfast dining area is pleasant. The staff were very friendly"

- "The hotel bedrooms desperately need to be upgraded.The basin had two cracks in it. The shower unit was tacky. The shutter tapes are nearly coming off the wall. The rooms are pokey"

- "We particularly enjoyed the friendly staff and as we met our friends here from London had an excellent stay here."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Internet charges exorbitant. We have been traveling for 4 weeks around Italy and to pay E20 for one hour is certainly avbout 4 times more than we have paid anywhere else! Probably needs some minor upgrades to decor."
