- "We showed up to check in and expecting to be able to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant /bar where t was 8pm. The only service available to the guests was their room! The lobby only had the front desk, the restaurant, bar and pool were all closed for renovations and this was not told to us. I had called the night before to request a refrigerator and was told ' no problem', however as we checked in at 8pm there was no refrigerator, so I went to the front desk and asked if we had to switch rooms to get a fridge or what was going on. She told me they would bring one into our room and then was told it was $10/night ! I had to call down a half hour later to see where the fridge was and seemed as if the hotel was deserted, so how come it was taking so long. Finally a guy came into the room with fridge, didn't even put it in the cabinet it belonged but plugged it into a random wall by the bathroom, it was warm. They had never plugged it in to cool down. While I was on the call for fridge to front desk, I had asked why we were never told the fridge cost extra, the restaurant, bar and pool were closed and do they at least have a shuttle to Mohegan Sun as noted on the website ? All she said was yes they at least have a shuttle which costs $15/person round trip, we couldn't believe it. I told her I would like a discount for only being able to use our room and she said sorry. I asked to speak to a manager, she said she'll have to call them, no one ever said anything else..... Poor poor customer service!!!!!"

- "Info about shuttle and price of shuttle to Mohegan price was more and misleading, vending room flooded, bathroom faucet splashed and noisy."

- "Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Good for a quick trip."

- "Staff was very disorganized when I checked in.... Friendly enough but it took a long time to do a simple check in. Also, was told there would be breakfast until 11 am but came downstairs at 10:30 and it had already ended."
