- "The location of the hotel was great with access to the subway and shopping."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "For starters my phone didn't work and the staff was unconcerned being an international traveler it was very disappointing not to be able to talk to my family also no offer to change rooms was made even though there were vacancies. The room was very loud, you could hear everything on the street which made it very hard to sleep and night and Nazionale is a busy street."
